42 South Sauvignon Blanc was previously known as Wellington from the Hood stable. Vibrant grassy and gooseberry aromas continue through to the palate. Zippy and fresh with great length.
 
Food Suggestions:
Delicious with Asian cuisine definitely as well as medium weight seafood such as cajun sauced fish, or even smoked blue grenadier.

Clean, crisp and dry with cellaring potential taht will enhance food. Aromas of white peaches and honey fill the palate whilst a citrus acid zing maintains a tight structure

Pinot Grigio is well suited to spicy Indian curries and various Asian meals. Seafood Pasta and lighter meat dishes

2008 Bream Creek Schonburger

Schonburger is a hybrid variety, made from Pinot Noir crossed with another variety developed by I Birovano, itself a hybrid from Chasselas and Muscat Hamburg. The grapes are grown at Fred Peacock's Bream Creek Vineyard in the South of Tasmania and the wine has been made by Stefano Lubiana. 13% alc/vol

Tasting Notes:
This rare wine has a delicate aromatic bouquet with floral, rose petal and tropical fruit characters. The palate is soft, elegant and fesh with delightful floral notes and a fresh, crisp, dry finish. A well structured wine that will further develop with age.
 
Food Suggestions:
Similar to Pinot Gris and Traminer in its use, Schonburger is lovely served with Indian food and Thai green curry, as well as seafood salads.
